How Are KettlebellsUSA Manufactured? The Casting Process
The manufacturing of our Kettlebells is a labor Intensive and Time Consuming. Each Paradigm Pro kettlebell takes a minimum of 10 labor hours to prep the bell for paint after being removed from the mold.

Each Casting Shell contains 4 Paradigm Pro Kettlebells. Once the molten Steel is poured into the casting, it s slowly cooled down for 12 hours to ensure no casting defects.
