That's why we take great care in our shipping process to ensure that your kettlebells reach you in perfect condition. We ship using reliable carriers like FedEx and USPS, and we aim to dispatch your order the next business day. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2-7 days, depending on your location.

    We offer free shipping to the lower 48 US states, making it easier for you to get the equipment you need without worrying about extra costs. However, please keep in mind that during peak seasons, such as the holidays, shipping times may be affected due to increased demand. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment and ensure that someone is available to accept delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, so we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates.

    In the rare event that your kettlebell arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit, it’s crucial to notify us immediately. We stand by our commitment to quality and will replace any defective products at no cost to you, provided we are informed within one week of delivery. Please remember to inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly, as complaints received after this period cannot be processed.

    We also want to clarify our return policy. All sales are final, so it’s essential to double-check your order before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns for items ordered in error, such as selecting the wrong weight or experiencing buyer's remorse. If you have any questions about your order or need assistance in selecting the right kettlebell, please reach out to us before placing your order.

    For those who may be concerned about shipping damages, we do offer an option for pre-paid FedEx insurance, which can provide additional peace of mind. This insurance typically costs around 5% of the item price and can be arranged by contacting us prior to your purchase.

    Buy FedEx® insurance for only $1.99 per each item. FedEx® will only pay out $100.00 per item unless FedEx® insurance is purchased. If you order more than one item, you need to buy insurance for each item, otherwise it will only cover the most expensive item

  • Orders are normally shipped the next business day with delivery times between 2-7 days. 
  • We will always endeavor to ship your products as soon as possible.
  • Shipping times during holidays such as the Christmas season may experience delays beyond our control due to high shipping volumes with the carriers.
  • Severe weather may cause delays and we ask that you understand that this is beyond our control.
  • Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail you gave us on your order. If you did not provide an email we cannot send tracking information.
  • Please monitor the tracking updates to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery at a commercial address or to ensure your package(s) are not stolen from your residence.
  • All packages are shipped without a signature required for delivery. Kettlebells USA® is not responsible for any packages that are stolen after delivery to the shipping address given at time of purchase. FedEx delivery confirmation will determine delivery status. 
  • We are not responsible for any customer mistakes. If you put the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for any return or other charges! If you ordered and then have buyers remorse and your order has processed, the order cannot be cancelled 

Items Lost or Damaged in Shipping & Returns

  • If an item is lost in transit or received damaged it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us immediately. FedEx will only pay $100.00 per claim unless pre-paid Fed EX Insurance is purchased We are not responsible for "Porch Pirates", if FedEx shows as "Delivered" , the order is considered delivered. BUY FedEx® insurance at Check Out, it's Cheap 
  • Any product purchased on this web site that is lost in transit, received damaged, will be replaced as long as we are notified with one week of receipt of goods. You will be compensated after the FedEx claim is paid. FedEx will only pay a Max of $100.00 per item. The customer is solely responsible for checking their order upon receipt and must report any deficiencies or problems within one week. Any complaints received after one week of receipt are not valid.  BUY FedEx® insurance at Check Out, it's Cheap 
  • We do not accept any returns due to the customer selecting the wrong weight or item or "Buyers Remorse." Once you place the order it is automatically fulfilled and CANNOT be cancelled.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
  • All sales are final so please be sure you are ordering the correct items.
  • Any cancelled order with be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
